Storing and Shipping Hints
Storing these perfectly fresh M&M'S® to enjoy later? Do not
refrigerate; instead, store them at room temperature out of direct
sunlight. Shipping them on to someone else? Again, do not
refrigerate them. Simply refreeze the included gel packs and place
them back into the box, outside the bubble wrap-out of direct
contact with product. Ship quickly (maximum 2-day shipping). |

Each shipment sent by the M&M'S® Brand Store includes
instructions for returning or exchanging merchandise.
To return or exchange orders for full merchandise credit, please
enclose your packing slip (with the reason for your return and the
action you wish taken noted), then ship your prepaid package to:
