Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm EST
Closed on Saturday and Sunday
 
Please have the following information ready:

» Credit card number and expiration date
» Phone number, billing and shipping information

Adding Items to Existing Orders
 
If you have ordered Customized M&M'S®, you may add to or change your order ONLY within 72 hours after our receipt of your order. Receipt of your order by us is, at the time of placement if you ordered online or by phone, or if you ordered by fax, at the time the fax was sent.

If you have not ordered Customized M&M'S®, but the status of your order appears as "shipped," we are unable to add to or change your order.

If you have ordered Customized M&M'S® and your order has not yet been shipped, you may call our customer service center at 1.866.290.6854, and a representative will gladly assist you with your changes.

Cancelling Your Order

For Customized M&M'S® Brand Chocolate Candies:
If your order is less than $5000, you may cancel your order ONLY within 72 hours after our receipt of your order. Receipt of your order by us is, at the time of placement if you ordered online or by phone, or if you ordered by fax, at the time the fax was sent.

After 72 hours, your credit card will be charged or your check or money order will be cashed and not be returned. Prior to 72 hours, you may call our customer service center at 1.866.290.6854, and a representative will gladly assist you with your cancellation.

International Orders
 
If you wish to ship product outside the continental U.S., please call Customer Service at 1.866.290.6854, and a representative will gladly assist you with the available destinations and corresponding shipping and handling charges. We do not ship custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies internationally.

Availability
 
We strive to provide you with the real-time status of our product availability prior to ordering.
 
However, if we have had a greater demand than expected, and cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with an estimated ship date, if you have ordered by e-mail or have provided us with your e-mail address..
