If you would like to mail your order to us, please call our Customer Service Department at 1.888.696.6788. They will send you a packet of information that you will need to complete and return to us before we can place your order. Please note that ordering via mail will delay the start of your order processing.

Adding Items to Existing Orders
You may add to or change your order ONLY within 24 hours after our receipt of your order by contacting our customer service representatives at 1.888.696.6788. Receipt of your order by us occurs: 1. at the time of placement if you ordered online or by phone or 2. the business day after we get confirmation that your check cleared or money order was received if you mailed your order.
If the status of your order appears as "in warehouse," "packchecked," or "shipped," we are unable to add to or change your order.

Cancelling Your Order

International Orders

Volume discounts are available based on the total merchandise purchased for a single order. The discounts start at single purchase amounts in excess of $1000.
