Cancelling Your Order
 
For M&M'S® Brand Merchandise:
Please check your order status online. If the status of your order appears as 'shipped', we are unable to cancel the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may call Customer Service at 1.800.848.3606, and a representative will gladly assist you with your cancellation.

Discounts
 
We strive to provide you with the real-time status of our product availability prior to ordering.
 
However, if we have had a greater demand than expected, and cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with an estimated ship date, if you have ordered by e-mail or have provided us with your e-mail address.
 
Volume discounts are available based on the total merchandise purchased for a single order. The discounts start at single purchase amounts in excess of $500.
 
Shipping and Handling is not included in the Merchandise Total when determining volume discounts.
