Your order will be on its way soon and handled with the utmost care by the professionals at Fedex™. M&M'S® Brand Merchandise will be shipped seperately from M&M'S® Candies. All M&M'S® Candies will ship together so based on your purchase, the latest estimated arrival date should be used.

For Standard Shipping: Orders arrive Monday through Friday.
For Overnight Shipping: Orders arrive Tuesday through Friday.

Shipping Outside the U.S.
 
If you wish to ship product outside the U.S., please call Customer Service at 1.800.848.3606, and a representative will gladly assist you with your order. We are sorry but we do not currently ship custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies internationally.

Revising Shipping Information on an Order
 
If the status of your order appears as 'shipped', we are unable to change the shipping or billing information on your order.
 
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can call Customer Service at 1.800.848.3606, and a representative will gladly assist you with your changes.

Storing and Shipping Hints
 
Storing these perfectly fresh M&M'SŪ to enjoy later? Don't refrigerate; store them at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Shipping them on to someone else? Again, don't refrigerate them. Simply place them back into the box and pad them with bubble wrap and ship quickly (maximum 2-day shipping.) We also recommend that you include frozen gel packs on the outside of the bubble wrap-not in direct contact with product, during the summer or if sending the candy to a warm climate.

Returns & Exchanges
 
Each shipment sent by the M&M'S® Brand Store includes instructions for returning or exchanging merchandise.
 
To return or exchange orders for full merchandise credit, please enclose your packing slip (with the reason for your return and the action you wish taken noted), then ship your package prepaid to:
