Are all 25 colors available for custom printing?

To ensure the highest level of print quality, you can personalize 21 out of our 25 colors, including our "Shimmer Collection" (Golden, Platinum and Pearl) and 18 other colors (aqua, blue, cream, dark green, dark pink, electric green, gold, green, light blue, light purple, light pink, orange, purple, red, silver,teal white, and yellow).

Four other colors (black, dark blue, maroon and brown) can be blended with your order but cannot be personalized.

Choose up to 2 colors in our "Your Words on M&M'S®" section and up to 3 colors (including non-printable colors) in our "Words and Faces on M&M'S®" and "Promote your Business" sections.

Can I make modifications to an order I recently placed?

For custom-printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies and Merchandise combined with custom-printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies:

Once confirmed and placed through our website, your personalized order is immediately sent to our MY M&M'S® Workshop so that we can begin the transfer of your creative ideas onto the candy. This process ensures we meet the quality service and standards you expect from MY M&M'S®. Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order on our website confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

Can I cancel my order

Can I order customized peanut or dark chocolate M&M'S®

Currently we only custom print on M&M'S® Milk Chocolate candies, however MY M&M'S® is continuously exploring new and exciting ways to create the "WOW" experience.

Can I print individual message(s) or image(s) by bag or color?

To ensure we can provide a quality product and an affordable price, the current process we utilize when printing messages on M&M'S® Chocolates is to evenly distribute the messages throughout all of the colors within your order. For example, if your order has different messages and different colors, all of the messages will be printed on all of the colors.

We can print one message per color by entering two separate orders with one message and one color per order. Please be aware that this may still require a minimum purchase per order.

Is there an "m" on the product?

There is always an "m" on one side of the product.

M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies are labeled "May Contain Peanuts"– does this also apply to custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies?

Custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies are made in facilities that also process peanuts, and all packages and party favors are labeled "May Contain Peanuts".

Can I place my order now and have it shipped at a future date?

We have streamlined our production process to ensure delivery of all orders on or before the delivery date posted on our website at the time you place your order. To ensure that we fulfill our delivery date promises, we are unable to accept orders with specific future delivery dates.

Please keep in mind that our candy will last for nearly a year. If you would like to order our personalized candy now, you can store it for your future event. Simply remove the candies from their original box, then store them at room temperature (between 65–75°F, do not refrigerate), out of direct sunlight, and in their sealed plastic bags.

Custom printed messages, faces, and logos are printed in black ink. The "m" character is printed in gray.

Is the "message" safe to eat?

The ink is made from all food-grade ingredients, and all equipment, packaging, and methods meet our high standards of purity and quality.

Is there an "m" on the product?

There is always an "m" on one side of the product.

Can I get it without the "m"?

The "m" is a symbol of the quality of M&M'S®" Brand and will always appear on the product.

Can I print anything on the candies?

Each candy can be printed with up to 2 lines of text, featuring 9 characters per line. You can print different messages in the same order-for the same cost.

MY M&M'S®" Chocolate Candies deliver fun and a smile! So when designing your personalized MY M&M'S®" experience, it is important to have fun. However, it must be tasteful and fun. And yes, we do have some rules that will help us deliver a product that we can all be proud of.

  • Please don't use objectionable words and phrases. No obscenities or inappropriate images. We don't want to leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth.
  • Custom Printed MY M&M'S®" are for personal use only. That means no images or names that belong to a business, product, celebrity, specific sports teams, major events, landmarks, or schools or institutions.
  • We take great pride in the history of M&M'S®" products, so the only single letter we print on our candy is the letter "m".
  • To avoid any confusion and keep everyone safe, we will not print any reference to drugs or prescription items, especially those that are in pill or capsule form

Can I buy product for fundraising?

Custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies are a direct-to-consumer product, and are not for resale.

Do you provide donations?

Mars Retail Group makes substantial contributions each year to a number of charities and non-profit organizations. We are proud of our efforts to give back to our communities, and feel confident these efforts benefit a broad spectrum of worthy charities and activities. While we appreciate the opportunity to participate in specific fundraising efforts, Mars Retail Group does not accept direct donation requests.

I'm planning an event, can I see samples?

Creating personalized candies involves very detailed and time-consuming processes that are directly connected to the cost of our candy. To ensure we can provide a positive experience at an affordable cost, we cannot send physical samples of your personalized candy. If you would be interested, you could place a minimum sized order that could be used to show as samples.

How should I store my candies until my event?

They can be stored in the shipping container until you're ready. Ideal conditions are between 65 and 75 degrees F. Please do not refrigerate.

How many candies are in a bag?

Our 7oz bag holds approximately 210 pieces of candy, which is approximately four (4) 1.5oz servings.

Our 10lb bulk bag holds approximately 4800 pieces of candy, which is approximately one hundred (100) 1.5oz servings.

Our 5lb bulk bag holds approximately 2400 pieces of candy, which is approximately fifty (50) 1.5oz servings.

Can I order customized peanut or dark chocolate M&M'S®

Party favor sizes say "approximate" on the weight –why?

The total weight of your party favors with custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies will always be the same; but because of the way the candies are distributed, one party favor may have slightly more or less candy than another.

Why is the 1lb bag not available for purchase alone?

Our 1lb bag was created to be included with our gifting options. It allows our customers to be able to open and poured into one of our gifting items, such as a dispenser or glass bowl, to create an incredible experience for intended recipient.

For the convenience of our customers we do have the 1lb re-sealable round acrylics. We also have a 2lb or 5lb bulk bags that are also re-sealable and come with a 1.5oz scoop. We also offer our personalized chocolate in 7oz bags.

Are the acrylics dishwashers safe?

Both our 8oz. and 16oz. acrylics are not dishwasher safe. We recommend washing the acrylics by hand under warm water, mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.

Questions About Ordering

Why are there surcharges on candy orders?

To help protect the freshness and safe delivery of M&M'S® Chocolate Candies, we carefully and tightly pack your order in special, cool insulated boxes that help reduce chipping and melting of the M&M'S® Chocolate Candies. As a result, there is a shipping surcharge added to the standard shipping rate to cover these additional shipping expenses.

Can I order custom colors, too?

Yes. Custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies share a common shopping cart with custom colors M&M'S® Chocolate Candies, so both can be ordered at the same time.

Can I mix custom printing and custom colors product in the same party favor?

No. Party favors can contain custom printing or custom colors, but mixing is not available.

I had an existing COLORWORKS© account, but it doesn't work – why, and what do I do?

Because this is a new website, you will need to create a new account (if you had a pre-existing COLORWORKS© account). Please follow the directions when you enter the shopping cart, and your account information will be stored for easy shopping on future orders.

Can I print a business logo or symbol?

If you are interested in placing a logo or symbol on your candy, please visit the business section of our website, http://www.mymms.com/business, where you can upload up to two images to be placed on the candy. Please remember all logos are printed in black ink and there is a one-time non-refundable logo setup fee of $50.

I'm having trouble accessing my logo library.

I don't like to put credit card numbers on a website – how else can I order?

Where can I find promotional codes?

Promotion codes can usually be found along with any of our advertisements as well as on our website. Keep an eye out for great deals in our ads on TV, in magazines, in newspapers, and in other publications. When you find a code, simply enter it in the top right corner of our website (www.mymms.com) and your promotion will automatically apply when you place your order.

How do promotional codes work?

Enter your promotion into the "Enter Promotion Code" field, which can be found in the upper right corner of our homepage. Please enter your promotion code prior to placing any items in your shopping cart, or the promotion will not properly apply. Please note that only one promotion can be used per order.

I live outside the U.S. or Canada – can I order?

Which products can you ship internationally?

We are able to ship MY M&M'S® custom print and/or FACES orders internationally only. My Teams are currently not available for international shipping.

Are there any countries that you do not ship to?

We regret that we are unable to ship to certain countries where customs laws and restrictions prohibit our product. This decision is not based from Mars Retail Group and is solely based on customs. The countries that our products cannot be received include: Argentina, Andorra, Belgium, Brazil, China, Colombia, Cuba, Denmark, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Guam,Hong Kong Iceland, India, Iran, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, Mexico, Myanmar, North Korea, Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, UAE, Venezuela, and Vietnam.

Please note that shipping to Saudi Arabia, Trinidad, and Bahrain can be extremely difficult. To facilitate shipping, please contact your customs agents to ensure that all documentation needed for safe importation is prepared.

What is the return policy?

MY M&M'S® is committed to a quality experience with ever order we produce. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we ask that you please contact our customer service representatives at 1-888-696-6788 and we will be happy assist you.

I'm planning an event, and need to send my product there – can I reship it?

We take great care in packing and shipping these products, and do not recommend reshipping. We have provisions in the checkout process for shipping to another address and choosing your ship date.

How are my candies shipped?

Our shipping department works to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition and to the level of quality you have come to expect from Mars Retail Group

For that reason, during the summer months, all orders are shipped using 2 Day Express delivery method at no additional cost to you. Throughout the rest of the year, we utilize the professionals at FedEx™ to ensure your order will be delivered soon and with the utmost care.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the perishability of our products, we do not ship over the weekends or for arrival on Mondays. Depending on the area FedEx may be able to deliver on a Saturday. Please contact FedEx to verify availability of Saturday delivery in your area.

All orders are shipped in insulated boxes, and specific packaging procedures are used based on seasons and ship-to locations.

How will I know when the product ships?

Some candy items take longer to ship – why?

All custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies and party favors with customized M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies are made to order, so these require more time to produce and ship. If you need your order sooner, rush delivery is available within the U.S. for an additional fee. You can view approximate delivery dates for both regular and rush shipping by checking the delivery time stated at the top of our homepage.

When can I expect to receive my custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies?

Delivery dates vary based up on the volume of orders we receive and shipping location. You can determine the approximate delivery date of an order for a given day by checking the delivery time stated at the top of our homepage. If you're placing your order in advance, we suggest ordering about 3 weeks before you need the candy.

Do you offer a rush delivery option?

Rush delivery is available on all of our products (except logo orders) within the U.S. for an additional fee (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).

For an additional $20.00 charge, Rush Delivery orders placed by 3pm ET Monday through Thursday for next day delivery will be processed the same day. Rush Delivery orders placed after 3pm ET it will be processed on the next business day.

Can I modify my expedite order?

To ensure that we meet your delivery request, your order is immediately moved to a processing status and work begins. So any modification to your order may cause a delay in receiving your order on time. Canceling your order would still incur the costs of the product, expediting cost and possible shipping costs.

Will my order arrive together?

Custom printed M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies and party favors with customized M&M'S® Milk Chocolate Candies are produced in a separate facility from the M&M'S® World store merchandise and will ship separately. If you order both merchandise and custom candy, you will be billed separate shipping charges for each order (the merchandise order and the candy order).

Can I ship my order to an APO, FPO or PO Box?

Unfortunately we currently do not have the ability to send your custom MYMM's to any APO, FPO or PO Box. This in no way reflects our feelings towards the women and men who serve our country. Current regulations prevent non-government parcel services from delivering packages directly to APO's and FPO's. We are continuously trying to improve our service and quality, we are working with our business partner to overcome this challenge as FedEx™ currently does not ship directly to APO's FPO's or PO box. How can I include my favorite teams in my order?

You can include up to 2 images, including a face or any type of clipart, in your order, along with up to two messages.

Can I use any color of M&M®?

Yes! You can match your favorite team's colors, or create your own colorful blend.

I have several favorite teams. Can I mix multiple teams in the same order?

Unfortunately our partnerships with the sports leagues do not allow us to include more than one team in any one order.

I'm a big fan of a team's player. Can I include their face or name in my order?

Unfortunately our partnership with the sports leagues does not include using players' names or likenesses in your personalized order.

Can I include my organization's logo with my favorite team's artwork on M&M®?

Unfortunately our partnership with the sports leagues does permit us to print a company logo with a team image on your personalized order.

What is the minimum quantity for ordering personalized M&M® with My Team artwork?

The minimum order quantity is three 7 oz bags or one gift or bulk product.

Can I include my company logo with my favorite team?
