Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the type of products in your order. For order containing My M&M'S® Candies, your shipping costs will be calculated using the My M&M'S® Shipping Tables below. For orders to the US, please refer to Table I - U.S. Shipping Rates. For orders to Canada, please refer to Table II - Canadian Shipping Rates.

Please note that all shipping charges, including shipping surcharges, are calculated and shown on your order confirmation page. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional $20.00 fee.

Express Shipping is available on qualified orders for an additional $20.00 fee. Express Shipping is only available for deliveries on Tuesday through Saturday. See section for Delivery Times for availability. Express Shipping is not available for orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Storing and Shipping Hints

Storing these perfectly fresh M&M'S® to enjoy later?
Do not refrigerate; instead, store them at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

Shipping them on to someone else?
Again, do notrefrigerate them. Simply refreeze the included gel packs and place them back into the box, outside the bubble wrap-out of direct contact with product. Ship quickly (maximum 2-day shipping).

Returns & Exchanges

Each shipment sent by the M&M'S® Brand Store includes instructions for returning or exchanging merchandise.

To return or exchange orders for full merchandise credit, please enclose your packing slip (with the reason for your return and the action you wish taken noted), then ship your prepaid package to:
