Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the type of products in your order. For orders containing My M&M'S® Candies, your shipping costs will be calculated using the My M&M'S® Shipping Tables below. For orders to the US, please refer to Table I Shipping Rates - US. For orders to Canada, please refer to Table II Shipping Rates - Canada.

Please note that all shipping charges, including shipping surcharges, are calculated and shown on your order confirmation page. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional $20.00 fee.

Express Shipping is available on qualified orders for an additional $20.00 fee. Express Shipping is only available for deliveries on Tuesday through Saturday. See section for Delivery Times for availability. Express Shipping is not available for orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Shipping Outside the U.S. or Canada

If you wish to ship products outside the U.S. or Canada, please call Customer Service at 1-888-696-6788, Mon - Fri, 9am - 7pm, ET., and a representative will gladly assist you with your order.

By ordering goods from Mars Retail Group I hereby authorize FedEx Corp., an approved Canadian customs broker, to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) to obtain release of my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return merchandise to Mars Retail Group and electronically submit refund claims on my behalf. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to FedEx Corp., and that I will obtain the refund directly from Mars Retail Group. Further, I also authorize FedEx Corp., to forward any refund issued by the CBSA in my name, so that Mars Retail Group can be reimbursed.

Revising Shipping Information on an Order

If the status of your order appears as 'shipped', we are unable to change the shipping or billing information on your order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can call Customer Service at 1-888-696-6788, Mon - Fri, 9am - 7pm, ET., and a representative will gladly assist you with your changes.

Storing and Shipping Hints

Storing these perfectly fresh M&M'S® to enjoy later?
Do not refrigerate; instead, store them at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

Shipping them on to someone else?
Again, do not refrigerate them. Simply refreeze the included gel packs and place them back into the box, outside the bubble wrap-out of direct contact with product. Ship quickly (maximum 2-day shipping).

Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange orders for full merchandise credit, please enclose your packing slip (with the reason for your return and the action you wish taken noted), then ship your prepaid package to:
